Mexico City, May 16, 2014.- Mexican filmmaker and producer Gastón Pavlovich shares with Mexican media the official image for the dramatic comedy “A Hologram for the King”, starring Tom Hanks. Before the trailer’s presentation, Pavlovich wished to give the media a sneak preview of the film.

In the image, we see Tom Hanks in the middle of what seems to be an endless dessert, portraying a businessman that travels to the heart of Saudi Arabia with a crazy proposal for a king.

Next week, Pavlovich will be at Cannes Film Festival presenting this trailer. Fábrica de Cine, the Mexican production company that Pavlovich is President and CEO for (El Estudiante, Max Rose), coproduces said film. Moreover, “A Hologram for the King” is produced by Playtone, X Filme, and Primeridian, in association with Silver Reel Entertainment, Vingt Heures Vingt Deux Deux and Pavlovich’'s Fábrica de Cine.

“A Hologram for the King” reunites Hanks and Twyker, who worked together in Cloud Atlas, which generated more than $130 million USD in revenue worldwide.
